About Me

I am a consultant in the charity sector, specialising in strategy and governance. I work independently and through Bayes Business School Centre for Charity Effectiveness.

I love facilitating energising discussions that support organisations to get really clear about the change they want to see in the world and their role in working towards that. I am passionate about supporting charities to develop strategies that make sense in a rapidly changing world. As an experienced trustee and chair - currently of the Bumblebee Conservation Trust - I also understand the importance of good governance and enjoy supporting organisations to reflect on and improve their governance practice.

Recent clients include The British Academy, Samaritans, Commonwealth War Graves Commission, Education Support, School Home Support, Lupus UK, the Froebel Trust and Maudsley Charity.
